The price per sq m by neighbourhood. The median asking price in euros, separately for flats, houses and plots.

What has changed. The neighbourhoods where the price has moved since last month, only where there are enough listings for a comparison.

The number of listings behind every figure. A neighbourhood with fewer than 10 listings does not get a “price”, because a median of two listings is not a market.
Where the figures come from
From the for-sale listings for Varna on alo.bg, which we collect on the same day every month. These are the asking prices in the listings, not the prices at which properties actually sell, and the email says exactly that.
