Selling a property?
The buyer sees the listing. The owner sees the work behind it. Here is what I take on, from the first photo to the signature at the notary.
Valuation
We start from a real price: I compare with actual transactions and active listings in the neighbourhood. Free, with no obligation to continue.
Photography
I photograph the property myself. A good photo is the difference between a listing that gets opened and one that gets scrolled past.
Listing and portals
I write the copy and publish it on the Bulgarian property portals, here on the site and on Instagram.
Viewings
I run them, filter the curious from the real buyers, and tell you what I heard after each one.
Negotiation and deposit
I negotiate the price and terms and draw up the preliminary contract.
Documents and notary
I obtain the site plan, the tax valuation and the full set for the notary, and I am next to you at the signing.
The rate is agreed in the brokerage contract before I start work: the percentage, when it falls due and how it is paid. The site deliberately publishes no binding rate, because every deal is different.
