There is one person behind the agency
I answer the phone, I come to the viewing, I take the photos, I write the listing, and I stand next to you at the notary. Nobody will pass you to a colleague who is hearing your story for the first time.
I started working with property in Varna in July 2025. The company was entered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register in December of the same year, and since April 2026 BulGhar Homes has been an EOOD with a single owner. That is also the most accurate description of how I work.
Most of my clients come by referral. That is why I keep the number of parallel deals small: a recommendation is given once and lost once.
I work in Varna and Burgas, in Bulgarian and in English. The focus is sales. Rentals only by referral.
How I work
Four things I do not delegate

The phone
The number on this site is mine. Nobody takes your details to pass on to someone else later.

Photos and listings
I take them myself. That is why I know what is behind every photo, and what is not.

Viewings
I run them, and I tell you what I heard, including the parts you will not enjoy.

The paperwork
I obtain it and check it. The legal review is done by a licensed partner lawyer, not by me: BulGhar Homes is not a law firm.
Honestly
What it means for you that I work alone
What you get
One person knows the whole story of your deal, from the first call to the notary.
Answers without internal sign-off. A decision on price or terms is made on the spot.
One name carries the responsibility, with nobody to pass it to.
What you do not get
A shopfront office on the boulevard. I work on site and from home, and we meet where it suits you.
Ten viewings in the same hour. There is a physical limit and I prefer to say so in advance.
Legal advice from a broker. That is what the lawyer is for, and that is the right order.
