There we score the location, not the price
The valuation above is for Varna and Burgas, where we have both our own deals and listings we follow. For Dubai we have neither, so we do not pretend we do: we give no market valuation of price there.
What does appear there is the location score: what is around the district today, measured from OpenStreetMap data within a radius of 1.2 km, with the distance to every place and the date of the measurement. It sits on the project page, under the prices. For districts still being built we show no overall score, only what was found: a missing place means it is not on the map yet, not that the location is poor.
