Raffy Nikoghosyan started working with property in Varna in July 2025. The company was entered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register in December of the same year. Today we are a small team that keeps working the same way.
Most of our clients come by referral and through personal connections. That is why we keep the number of parallel deals small: a recommendation is given once and lost once.
We work in Varna and Burgas. The focus is sales. Rentals only by referral.
