Valuation
We start from a real price: we compare with actual transactions and active listings in the neighbourhood. Free, with no obligation to continue.

We photograph the property. A good photo is the difference between a listing that gets opened and one that gets scrolled past.
Listing and portals
We write the copy and publish it on the Bulgarian property portals, here on the site and on Instagram.
Viewings
We run them, filter the curious from the real buyers, and tell you what we heard after each one.
Negotiation and deposit
We negotiate the price and terms and draw up the preliminary contract.
Documents and notary
We obtain the site plan, the tax valuation and the full set for the notary, and we are next to you at the signing.
The rate is agreed in the brokerage contract before we start work: the percentage, when it falls due and how it is paid. The site deliberately publishes no binding rate, because every deal is different.
