Horizont and Madika are being built right as we write this. Over 500 decares at the entrance to Burgas are turning from farmland into a neighbourhood, and the developers are already selling apartments before the overall zoning of the land has been fully approved.
It is better to know the market early, while it is still taking shape, than after it has already grown pricier and settled.
One person, not a second team.
BulGhar Homes remains a one-person agency, present in person at every viewing, with full documentation all the way to the notary. Burgas is not a branch with a different agent on site. Burgas is still me, just at a new address.
The way of working you already know from Varna does not change with the change of city.
An exact address for the Burgas office has not been chosen yet. We will announce it once it is confirmed, rather than promising a date in advance.
